1. What stays in the manila casefile on this iPhone

Noticora is a local-first Graphics & Design desk for one IRS or state tax notice you are answering. You photograph (or pick) notice pages into a casefile, keep plain-English reads, reply drafts, missing-evidence checklists, printable packets, and deadline marks on this iPhone. When an authority writes back, you thicken the same file. Noticora does not create a Noticora account and does not sync casefiles to a Noticora cloud.

2. What you create or keep

You may keep casefile metadata, notice page images, OCR/read summaries the coach produces after Allow, reply drafts you confirm, missing-doc labels, printable packet layouts, deadline reminder preferences, App Intent shortcuts, and the AI data-sharing preference you set. Opening a casefile or printing an accepted packet does not require a login.

3. Permissions you control

When you choose the related feature, Noticora may ask for:

• Camera to photograph a tax notice page into the active casefile
• Photo Library to pick an existing notice still already on this iPhone
• Microphone only while you dictate to the notice coach
• Speech recognition to turn that speech into text; Noticora requests on-device recognition when Apple Speech supports it
• Local notifications (optional) so deadline mid-point and due alerts can fire for marks you schedule

Deny any permission and keep using the paths that do not need it — for example typing instead of talking, skipping a photo, or working without reminders. This tip does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not integrate an advertising or analytics SDK.

4. No In-App Purchases in this build

The reviewed build does not include StoreKit, subscriptions, consumable credits, Restore, or a Noticora paywall. There is no spend unit attached to opening a casefile, drafting a reply, or printing a packet.

5. No cross-app tracking or analytics SDK

PrivacyInfo on this tip sets tracking to false with an empty tracking-domain list. Noticora does not ship Adjust, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or another measurement SDK on the reviewed Sources. We do not sell notice photos or casefile text to data brokers for advertising.

6. Optional cloud AI (DeepSeek notice coaching)

Coach turns leave this iPhone only after you tap Allow DeepSeek coaching on Noticora’s manila consent sheet (or after you re-enable Settings → AI data sharing when no prior Allow exists). Tapping Not now keeps local casefiles, pages, drafts, checklists, and print fully usable; no coach request is built. Turning AI data sharing off stops later and in-flight DeepSeek requests immediately and re-shows the full consent sheet before any later send.

When allowed for a turn, Noticora may send only what that turn packs:

• Notice photo pixels for a page you choose to analyze
• The read of the letter / packed casefile fields for that turn
• Draft text you confirm
• A voice transcript you choose to send

Noticora does not collect face data, contacts, or advertising identifiers inside DeepSeek payloads. Requests go to DeepSeek at api.deepseek.com using the operator model configured in the app (deepseek-v4-flash-vision-exp). A MiniMax API key may be present in the binary for future work; this tip does not open a MiniMax network path, so MiniMax does not receive your notice pages from Noticora today.

7. Print, reminders, shortcuts, and deletion

Printing uses the system share/print sheet for packets you assemble from accepted artifacts. Deadline reminders are scheduled locally through Apple’s notification center. App Intents may open the active casefile or the notice camera on this device only. Deleting the app removes local casefiles, media, consent preferences, and caches Noticora stored. We cannot rebuild wiped on-device data from our side.

8. Children and sensitive categories

Noticora is a Graphics & Design assistant for adults handling their own tax notices. It is not a tax attorney, enrolled agent workstation, tax-loan lead generator, debt-settlement service, or medical device, and it is not directed at children. Coach output is not legal advice and never promises tax reduction or debt settlement.
