1. The casefile desk
Noticora helps you photograph an IRS or state notice into a multi-round casefile — plain explain, reply draft, missing evidence, and printable packets that thicken when the authority writes back. You use Noticora on your own iPhone; there is no Noticora account in this build.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the notice pages and personal details you add. Do not use Noticora to file false statements with a tax authority, harass anyone, or upload unlawful content. Noticora does not submit letters to the IRS or state agencies for you and does not guarantee any tax outcome.
3. Optional cloud features
DeepSeek notice coaching runs only after you Allow AI data sharing. Declining keeps local casefiles, drafts, checklists, and print. Cloud processing follows the Privacy Policy.
4. No tracking SDK in this build
This tip does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not ship Adjust or Firebase Analytics. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. No purchases in this build
This tip has no In-App Purchases, subscriptions, or Restore flow.
6. Intellectual property
Noticora, its manila casefile chrome, and related marks belong to their owners. Notice images and drafts you create remain yours, subject to the licenses you grant DeepSeek when you Allow a coach turn.

Noticora is provided as-is for personal notice organization and drafting assistance. Coach output may be incomplete or wrong — review every letter before you send or print it. Noticora is not legal, tax, or financial advice and never promises tax reduction or debt settlement. We are not liable for authority outcomes or for lost local data after you delete the app.
